We wanted to replicate the in-store experience, so we’ve partnered with TryNow  to enable you to try 4 pairs of jeans at a time without having to pay for them up front. If you select the TryNow option when adding a product to cart, you will have 7 days from the date of delivery to try the product at home and decide what you would like to keep or return. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, and you have 5 days from the initiation of the return, to mail in your return. Anything you keep beyond the 7 day trial period will be charged in full. If you keep or exchange at least one item, there is no fee. Nelle Atelier denim is designed to fit women under 5'4. That said we understand that there are short women with long legs and tall women with short legs. If you are 5'5" or 5'6" and have shorter legs our denim may be the perfect fit for you! Measure yourself to find the closest match in the chart for your size.

We offer subsidized ground shipping for $4.99. We also offer 2-Day and Overnight. For customers in NYC we offer same day delivery for $14.99.

We ship all pre-orders in the order in which they are placed. Please refer to the product page to see the expected ship date for the product you have purchased.

Returns and exchanges can be made 14 days from when your order is delivered.

Return shipping is complimentary, though returns are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee (sorry, we're a small business!). All products must be in new, unused condition with all tags in place. Returns that don't meet the above won't be refunded. Exchange orders are sent complimentary via standard shipping.
